Shamanic Yoga - Journey Round the Medicine Wheel

5 Week Course, dates TBC

Tedburn St Mary, Near Exeter

Both Yoga and Shamanism ask that we come into alignment with who we really are and recognise that we are all connected on the energetic web of life.  The 'medicine wheel' is the basis for that healing journey in many cultures around the world.  Combining asana, pranayama, spirit drum and other tools, we will take a 5 week journey around the medicine wheel, looking at Peruvian and Native American traditions as we explore this ancient system and how it can be applied to our own lives.
